Used to spice up soups, add a bit of zest to your favourite dish or for the more daring braise some fresh chicken fillets with a couple of teaspoons of Mango ‘N’ Ginger Hot Bot.

Roasted tomato mayonnaise with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cumin seeds & peanut oil. Great topping for any fish dishes, dipping sauce for prawns. Serve with grilled chicken fillets or stir through seafood pasta. Perfect for chicken sandwiches, a dressing for potato salad. Add a spoonful to fish cakes, spread over whole fish & then bake. Scoop onto baked potatoes.
