Red Habanero Chilli Peppers, Pineapple, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Food Acid (260, 330), Antioxidant (300). This sauce is rated 9/10 & has a kick on its own but can be used to spice up soups, add a bit of zest to your favourite dish, or for the more daring braise some chicken fillets with a couple of teaspoons of Smack my Arse & Call me Cindy.

Roasted tomato mayonnaise with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cumin seeds & peanut oil.          Great topping for any fish dishes, dipping sauce for prawns. Serve with grilled chicken fillets or stir through seafood pasta. Perfect for chicken sandwiches, a dressing for potato salad. Add a spoonful to fish cakes, spread over whole fish & then bake. Scoop onto baked potatoes.

This is a dessert dukkah with a blend of nuts, spices & dried Orange, Apple & Cranberry. Great sprinkled over ice-cream, blended into plain or fruit yoghurts, added to salads for that touch of sweetness or added to strawberries that have been covered in a caramelised balsamic vinegar like Pomodora’s Sweet chilli Balsamic Dressing.
