Habanero Pepper, Mango Puree, Food Acid (260, 330), Vinegar, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Antioxidant (300), Xanthan Gum. This sauce has a hot tropical flavour to it & is rated at 9/10. Used to spice up soups, add a bit of zest to your favourite dish or for the more daring braise some fresh chicken fillets with a couple of teaspoons of Mango ‘N’ Ginger Hot Bot.

This is a dessert dukkah with a blend of nuts, spices & dried Orange, Apple & Cranberry. Great sprinkled over ice-cream, blended into plain or fruit yoghurts, added to salads for that touch of sweetness or added to strawberries that have been covered in a caramelised balsamic vinegar like Pomodora’s Sweet chilli Balsamic Dressing.
